International shipping times vary by destination, usually 7-14 business days. During peak seasons (holidays), please allow additional time for processing and delivery.
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 within the US. For orders under $50, a flat shipping rate of $6.99 applies. Express shipping is available for an additional fee. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and weight.
Absolutely! Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on our website or the carrier's website. You can also log into your account and view your order status under "My Orders."

We take great care to prevent melting by using insulated packaging and ice packs during warm weather. However, if your chocolate arrives melted, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund. Note: Slightly softened chocolate can be refrigerated to restore texture.
